Sample parts/Prototypes

Our goal is to deliver premium-quality, real prototype and sample parts that allow you to verify the shape, weight, function, or fit in accordance with your intended application. It is crucial to be able to hold a three-dimensional, real-life model in your hands. To avoid expensive reworking of tools and systems, it is often advisable to have a sample part built.

Other frequent applications include, for example, the construction of sample and prototype parts for motorsports, pre-production parts, and specialized mechanical engineering. Many of these components are constantly redesigned, improved, defined in different materials, and then tested or put into use.

 

 

Thanks to our versatility in mechanical engineering and experienced technicians, we are able to meet these requirements and produce the parts not only in premium quality but also economically. One-off production is no problem whatsoever, as we have specialized in precisely this principle over the course of the last 25 years.

For the construction of prototypes we use the 3D software “Solidworks” and the programming software “Solidcam”. These programs are able to handle a wide range of file formats and are certain to be able to handle your data. In addition, we subject all components to a thorough quality inspection and final inspection in order to provide customers with consistently flawless, high-quality results. As proof of this high quality, we are certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2008.
