CNC milling technology

Using the latest technically advanced machines, we are able to process a wide range of parts and materials. We only use 3-, 4-, and 5-axis controlled CNC machining centers and milling machines. Through our diverse machine concepts and sizes, we are able to machine workpieces ranging from just a few millimeters in size to as long as two meters. We can machine workpieces from several sides to an accuracy of hundredths of a millimeter.

Aluminum, steels and steel alloys, stainless steels, nonferrous metals, plastics, titanium, Hastelloy, tool steels, bronze, etc. – we handle all materials and will find the appropriate solution for your machining requirements.

We have worked with the 5-axis method for over 24 years (since 1998), so our staff offer a huge wealth of experience in this field.

For you as a customer, this means that we can provide you with a large number of complex and challenging parts economically, yet at a high standard. To ensure you the desired quality we use proven and established CAD and CAM software that allows us to design, program, and machine the parts in 2D and 3D.
