Thanks to our highly experienced staff and new, modern machines, we are able to work in the field of turning on a wide range of parts and materials. Piece sizes range from as small as approx. 1 mm<\/b> in diameter up to a diameter of approx. 700 mm<\/b>, and we can work on machining lengths of up to approx. 2,000 mm<\/b>. We work with all materials on the market, such as plastics, stainless steels, alloyed and unalloyed steels, titanium, aluminum, and bronze.<\/p>\n

For turning, as elsewhere, we only use CNC-controlled machines, whose size and features are tailored to the corresponding areas of application.<\/p>\n

Gest\u00fctzt auf erfahrene Mitarbeiter und einen sehr modernen und jungen Maschinenpark k\u00f6nnen wir im Drehbereich ebenfalls einen gro\u00dfen Teile- und Material-Bereich abdecken. Dieser beginnt bei ca. 1 mm<\/strong> Durchmesser und geht bis zu einem Durchmesser von ca. 700 mm<\/strong> bei Bearbeitungsl\u00e4ngen bis zu ca. 2000mm<\/strong>. Dabei bearbeiten wir s\u00e4mtliche am Markt verf\u00fcgbare Materialien, wie z.B. Kunststoffe, Edelst\u00e4hle, legierte und unlegierte St\u00e4hle, Titan, Bronze oder Aluminium.<\/p>
