The company was founded in 1995 as a direct successor company to Trimborn Maschinen- und Apparatebau GmbH, which had operated in the field of mechanical engineering<\/b> since the early 1970s.<\/p>\n

Then, the company\u2019s main workload consisted of the construction of production systems, as well as small repairs<\/a> and supplying spare parts, which at the time were still produced conventionally.<\/p>\n

Over the decades, the company\u2019s field of work has changed dramatically. The assembly of production units was increasingly cut back, while the production of complex machine parts increased. This development led the company to specialize in the production of these machine parts.<\/p>\n

As well as the construction<\/b> of machine modules and the associated assembly<\/b>, repair work, and spare-parts manufacture, our everyday business now includes the production of complex machine parts (one-off and series-production parts).<\/p>\n

We use only the most modern, multi-axis CNC machines and CAD-CAM systems. Our equipment, which undergoes constant modernization and expansion, allows us to manufacture even the most complex of machine parts. Our services also include coatings and finishes.<\/p>\n

Die Firma wurde im Jahr 1995 gegr\u00fcndet, als indirekte Nachfolgefirma der Firma Trimborn Maschinen- und Apparatebau GmbH, die sich seit den fr\u00fchen Siebziger Jahren im Maschinenbau bet\u00e4tigt hatte.<\/p>\r\n

Dabei war man \u00fcberwiegend mit dem Aufbau von Produktionsanlagen besch\u00e4ftigt, neben kleineren Reparaturen und Ersatzteilen, die noch konventionell bearbeitet wurden.<\/p>\r\n

Im Laufe der Jahrzehnte hat sich das Bet\u00e4tigungsfeld jedoch stark ver\u00e4ndert. Die Montage wurde immer mehr zur\u00fcckgefahren, die Anfertigung von komplexen Maschinenteilen wurde mehr und mehr, so dass eine Spezialisierung auf die Fertigung von eben diesen Maschinenteilen erfolgte.<\/p>\r\n

Die Fertigung von Maschinenteilen (Einzel- und Serienteile), Konstruktion von Maschinenmodulen, deren Montage sowie Reparaturen und Ersatzteilfertigungen geh\u00f6ren mittlerweile zu unserem t\u00e4glichen Gesch\u00e4ft.<\/p>\r\n

Hierbei kommen modernste, mehrachsige CNC-Maschinen und CAD-CAM-Systeme zum Einsatz. Unser Maschinenpark, der stetig modernisiert und erweitert wird, versetzt uns in die Lage, auch komplizierteste Teile zu bearbeiten. Veredelungen und Applikationen erg\u00e4nzen unseren Service.<\/p>\r\n
